If at the time the government had not provided the necessary coal reserves in the country, today, would have came disaster. This was stated by Minister of social policy Andrei Reva, commenting on the blockade of supplies of coal from the occupied Donbass, transfers TV channel «112 Ukraine» .
«I remember the meeting of the energy headquarters in the summer and I remember how hard the Prime Minister raised the issue of the necessary stocks of coal at our thermal stations. I remember that many said that you are worried, good delivery, everything will be fine. And he says, «You know, I have a feeling that everything can change in one day.» So you need to create the coal reserves in the case of any unforeseen situations. Today, if you haven’t done so already three weeks block, yesterday met Energy headquarters, if we would not have made this reserve and the government did not think today would have been a disaster and a tragedy,» – said the Minister.
