This diet is prescribed to people with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.

Diet No. 1 is designed specifically for those who have discovered a stomach ulcer or duodenal ulcer, and gastritis. Moreover, it must be followed as in the period of exacerbation of the disease, and in its chronic form. The peculiarity of the diet №1 consists in excluding from the diet foods that can irritate the mucous membranes of the digestive organs and affect the secretion of the stomach in the form of the causative agent of inflammation.

Products which I should stop sitting on a diet №1:

— fresh baked goods, pastries, rye bread;

— soup, soup and meat broths, by the way, the fish is also desirable not to use as a product for rich broth;

fatty meat and fish;

— canned fish, meat, vegetables and even fruit;

— low-fat dairy products;

— pickled, marinated and pickled vegetables;

— mushrooms in any form;

— fresh fruits having sour taste;

— peas, beans and other legumes;
